Door body shall be 1¾" thick overall, double acting, shock absorbing construction consisting of an all welded 1½" square tubular steel interior framework.

The face panels shall be 1/8" thick high impact and abrasion resistant (1) piece “tuf plas” riveted to the tubular steel framework.

The interior door panels shall be filled with a urethane foam.

Each panel shall be securely fastened between two (2) rolled formed 11-gauge steel side frames with one (1) coat black top quality baking enamel.

Each panel shall have a clear safety acrylic 1/8" thick double thermopane window 16" x 34". Hinge hardware shall be floor mounted, V-cam gravity type, double acting, swinging 90° in each direction. Door panels shall have full perimeter gasketing.

Gasketing shall be mounted in an extruded aluminum track.

Upper hardware hinge covers supplied as standard.

V-cam gravity hinge hardware shall be an assembly of 15/16" diameter continuous one (1) piece solid steel posts, high strength cast steel alloy gravity type floor mounted v-cam bearing and a high strength cast steel alloy gravity type upper bearing both fitted with self-lubricating bronze oil-lite bushings.

The v-cam follower shall be fitted with a 1½" diameter aircraft quality needle bearing cam yoke roller.

All door panels shall be furnished with an adjustable spring compensator.

All hardware components shall be galvanized to resist corrosion.

Galvanized steel top weld plates with studs supplied.

1/8 "aluminum front panels welded to the frame and riveted through both sides with secure fasteners.

Interior panels filled with foam, with completely waterproof perimeter.

Sealing joint mounted in a profiled aluminum path.

Top galvanized hinges provided.

Each panel features a 1/8 "double polycarbonate window, riveted to the frame with secure fasteners.

View panel with three (3) vertical safety bars on 7 "centers.

Door with black HDP elastic bumpers ¼ "x 42" high, mounted on both sides of each panel.

The top and bottom of each panel have 5/8 "diameter locking bars.

2 "diameter galvanized metal locking ring on each panel Floor mounted hinge hardware, 90 ° tilt in both directions, galvanized to resist corrosion.

Galvanized welding plates with dowels provided.
